Our presentation will be focused on a project that our Intro to Journalism class completed prior to Halloween. It will feature a live demonstration of the chatbot trained within Magic School for the purpose of this project. Participants will be able to ask a question and see how the chatbot’s training works to direct students toward learning goals.
Our presentation will be focused on a project that our Intro to Journalism class completed prior to Halloween. It will feature a live demonstration of the chatbot trained within Magic School for the purpose of this project. Participants will be able to ask a question and see how the chatbot’s training works to direct students toward learning goals.
We will discuss the training of the chatbot to meet learning objectives, the formative assessment capabilities of Magic School using student/bot transcripts and AI summaries, and taking the information from the “interview” into a Canva layout to complete a news package. This information will be applicable to anyone who is looking for ways to include chatbot interviews or Canva layouts into their curriculum.
