"Last year, we examined teachers, the First Amendment, and their misuse of technology that resulted in court cases, official visits with human resources, and even termination. 

This year we will look a history of students' First Amendment court cases (several involve technology). Similar to teachers, students have found themselves appearing before the Supreme Court after disciplinary consequences were administered for shenanigans that occurred on and off school campuses."
