Trello.com is a free and visual checklist/planning tool usually used by small businesses. I use trello to plan out my YAG as well as lists for daily to-dos and I even use it in my Graphic Design 2 class for students to learn time management and track longer projects. Trello has great features for teachers who are needing to plan together as well as secondary group projects that require steps to complete.
